SHORT DESCRIPTION

Ecommerce Specialist job managing daily operations, partnerships, and content to maximize sales.

What to Expect

As the day-to-day manager for e-commerce and content, you can expect the following:

  • Responsibility for the everyday operations of an eCommerce business.

  • Primary internal and external point of contact for agency and platform partnerships tied to DTC eCommerce (including but not limited to web development and marketing)

  • Monitor reporting and identify trends, risk mitigation, and successes to share up to senior team(s)

  • Regularly update progress toward key KPIs across specific categories and products

  • Full understanding of all current and future Evenflo products and pricing strategies

  • Create and drive content/site marketing calendars, specific promotions and merchandising plans to maximize sales

  • Manage the execution of personalization, testing and other conversion rate optimization programs targeting key consumer groups

  • Proving insights and materials for presentations to senior management

  • Researching trending topics and working internally with subject matter experts to create helpful content for users

  • Collaboration skills and building trust with cross-department teams to deliver timely results in a highly collaborative team environment.

  • Work in close partnership to coordinate and execute strategies with eCommerce team members as the team expands, including SEO, UX/Design and Lifecycle headcounts

Required Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft365 programs (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

  • Understanding the key levers of ecommerce and retail math, including price elasticity, traffic, and conversion

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

  • Demonstrated Shopify and SEMRush experience

  • Experience with A/B testing, Affiliate Marketing and Influencer strategies will be important

  • Able to multi-task and reorder priorities when necessary

  • Self-starter who instinctively and consistently creates professional goals and then meets or exceeds them.

Required Experience

Equivalent of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business (or related field) plus 2-4 years of progressively responsible work experience to include consumer goods and/or digital marketplaces.
