Our growing company is currently seeking an experienced Email & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Creative Services Team. Often, quick turnaround for projects may be required; responsive communication and rapid project delivery is essential for success in this position. Position Overview
The Email and Social Media Marketing Specialist is a creative and strategic professional responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns and creating engaging organic social media content. This role requires a strong eye for design, strategic thinking, and the ability to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Dynamics, and popular social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Campaign Management:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including design, content creation, and deployment.
- Segment audiences and personalize emails to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Ensure campaigns are compliant with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
2. Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and post engaging organic content on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media content with marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.
- Track and report social media KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, and traffic to the website.
3. Creative Content Design:
- Design high-quality visuals for email campaigns and social media using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.
- Create video and animation content as needed, leveraging tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Maintain adherence to brand guidelines for fonts, colors, and overall style across all materials.
4. Strategy and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email and social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Use Microsoft Dynamics for campaign tracking, lead management, and reporting.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights for continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
1. Required Qualifications:
- Certification and/or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, email marketing, and/or social media management.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Dynamics for marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
2. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with video editing and animation tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Familiarity with pre-press and print production processes.
- Photography skills for content creation.
- Ability to create professional presentations using Microsoft 365 applications.
3. General Skills:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and a passion for creativity and design.
- Interest in technology and in keeping current software innovations and future industry trends (i.e., generative AI advancements within design).
- Ability to maintain routine and predictability in dynamic and open-office environment.
- Ability to prioritize, accomplish goals within set timeframes, and maintain required metrics as per job specifications, including design completion in a timely manner based on due dates or release dates.
- Ability to work in concert with a team or independently, with or without direct supervision and guidance as needed.
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once and self-manage time on each project to meet expected deadlines while making fact-based or historically valid and justifiable decisions.
- Good vision, with or without corrective lenses, to sustain adequate visual focus over extended periods of time on a computer.
- Ability to read, process, and follow written directions and procedures.
- Ability to begin, continue, or find work without needing to be told or encouraged to do so.
- Ability to maintain focus and concentration for long periods of time on computer-related (seated) or machine-related (standing) tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
