Job Description: Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketer with a passion for crafting gorgeous, visually appealing email campaigns and flows for our elevated skincare brand. Located in Sacramento, California, we serve a discerning clientele who expect elegance, quality, and results from our brand communications. Responsibilities

• Design and execute beautiful email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo that align with our brand’s elegant aesthetic.
• Develop visually appealing email templates with a focus on clean, elevated design principles.
• Craft compelling copy that connects with our audience and drives engagement, focusing on skincare benefits and product education.
• Segment and personalize email flows to deliver relevant content to different customer groups, improving open rates and conversions.
• Collaborate with our creative team, including estheticians and designers, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Analyze email performance metrics to optimize campaigns for higher engagement and ROI.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices within the beauty and skincare industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
• Strong understanding of elegant design principles with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of skincare copywriting and the ability to convey product benefits in a compelling way.
• Creative mindset with a passion for skincare and beauty.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Ability to work in PST time zone preferred, but not required.
