Bachelor's degree preferred, 1-2 years of HTML/CSS experience, minimum of 1 year working with major email service providers, demonstrated understanding of email and content marketing best practices, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and interest in the Vacation Rental Industry.

Job Description
The Email Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role within the Digital Marketing team, focusing on creating and executing impactful email marketing strategies. This position involves representing Q4Launch by collaborating closely with clients to conceptualize, design, and implement email campaigns that align with their marketing objectives. The Coordinator is responsible for crafting compelling email content, developing visually engaging templates, and analyzing campaign performance to refine future initiatives. Additionally, the role supports digital marketing efforts by generating website content that complements email campaigns and staying informed about emerging trends and best practices in email marketing to ensure Q4Launch delivers cutting-edge solutions.

What Youll Do (Functions and Responsibilities)
- Assist with the technical production of monthly email marketing campaigns for clients
- Create and design new email templates for email marketing materials
- Apply HTML/CSS, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop knowledge.
- Stay up to date with current best practices and continue to develop new initiatives and strategies.
- Review performance, including but not limited to Email Reports, Google Analytics, and Email on Acid after each campaign.
- Generate creative copywriting and critical proofreading of all email and website campaigns including SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and meta descriptions.
- Maintain client brand voice across email marketing channels and website content.
- Consistently meet recurring deadlines for each customer and possess the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while autonomously managing your priority list.
What Were Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- 1-2 years ofHTML/CSS experience.
- Minimum of 1 year working with major email service providers.
- Minimum of 1 year planning and executing email marketing programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of email and content marketing best practices.
- Experience writing content for emails and landing pages.
- Experience with marketing automation.
- Interest in the Vacation Rental Industry, and experience in the industry is a plus.
- Experience in WordPress and Drupal CMS is a plus.
- (Preferred) Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, and Keyword Planner.
- (Preferred) Knowledge of SEO best practices, Googles Webmaster Guidelines, Search Quality Raters Guidelines, and how search engines work.
