Seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Manager to oversee and execute outbound marketing emails, enhance engagement, and drive lead generation through effective email communication.

Description:

Position Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Manager to oversee and execute outbound marketing emails across all sales markets. This role will focus on creating, scheduling, and executing emails for both prospecting and customer retention campaigns, driving leads and engagement through effective email communication. The ideal candidate will be skilled at segmenting databases to target the right audiences with the right messages at the right time. You will create engaging newsletters, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize strategies for email marketing efforts. To succeed in this role, a strong balance between marketing, design, communication skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to insights is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Management:
    • Create, implement, and launch an email marketing workflow process to increase efficiency and effectiveness across all markets.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including email creation, scheduling, testing, execution, and reporting.
    • Maintain a comprehensive email marketing calendar to ensure timely and coordinated execution of campaigns across markets.
    • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling before final approval.
    • Ensure email templates are mobile-friendly and render properly across all major email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail).
    • Enhance email templates using graphics, dynamic content, and personalized features to drive versioning and customization.
  • Database and Segmentation:
    • Work with the CRM team to create and maintain dynamic email database segmentations for lead generation and customer outreach.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the CRM team to develop reports and dashboards on key email KPIs.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry policies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep email strategies innovative and competitive.
    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times for better performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in email marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficient in database segmentation and dynamic list creation.
  • Solid understanding of CRM integrations and experience developing, launching, and maintaining email nurture journeys.
  • Skilled in auto-responder email creation and implementation.
  • Knowledge of email marketing design best practices, with experience in HTML and CSS a plus.
  • Proficient in multiple email marketing platforms, with experience in Dynamics 365 and HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to create images, design templates, and other email elements.
  • Proven success with A/B testing of subject lines, content, and design.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with email marketing compliance standards and regulations.
