Fast growing beauty industry Ecommerce seeks an experienced (remote) Email Marketing and Social Media Manager who has a proven track record of growing an email list and increase revenue from digital marketing ads and email nurtures in the beauty industry.
Clove Hill skincare has developed a comprehensive line of acne skincare and herbal supplement products achieves clear skin for 95% of our customers. While our skincare line is newly launching, we have been running our local clinic in Denver, Colorado as well as an Online Acne Program for 12 years. Our 600+ 5 star Google reviews and numerous awards for best Med Spa and fastest growing companies in Colorado are testaments to our outstanding team.
At Clove Hill, our mission is to help acne-sufferers find their confidence and self-love once again through our acne skincare products, supplements and proven system of getting clear. Our Founder, Jessi, knows the pain that acne can cause and has a deep passion for helping others to also get clear and be able to achieve their dreams in life.

Email Marketing Summary of Responsibilities:
- Design ads (Google, FB, IG, etc)
- Using GoHighLevel CRM and Shopify email builder, builds high-end graphic based emails including writing of copy.
- Builds and designs nurture campaigns for wholesale customers.
- Creates and maintains a 3-month email content marketing calendar and adheres to deadlines and drives the pace.
- Builds and maintains automated email campaigns.
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to) developing copy and subject lines, designing email templates, building email lists, and more.
- Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine ROI, make suggestions for improvements, and establish best practices
- Work with leadership to determine goals; report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
- Maintain email database
- Upgrade email sends through sourced graphics, customization, calls-to-action, and additional advanced features
- Utilizes data-driven decision making to improve the performance of our email outreach and prioritizes campaigns based on highest potential impact.
- Set up A/B testing, performance optimization and campaign enhancement efforts.
- Proactively monitors and analyzes key email metrics (open rates/click-through/deliverability/ conversions/etc.) to identify and implement opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Proofreads content before emails are sent and suggests edits as needed.
- Responsible for exporting, importing, and maintaining send lists.
- Provides email and landing page analytics when requested.
- Ensures all email communications are compliant with CAN-SPAM, GDRP, and any additional legal requirements.
- Write and send pitches/press releases.
Social Media Summary of Responsibilities:
- Lead Clove Hill's day-to-day communications through social media, email marketing and blogs, keeping our fans active and engaged and growing our overall following.
- Growing and maintaining a community through active social listening and consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the other members of the Marketing team to create a comprehensive social media strategy and brand voice.
- Responsible for creating and implementing industry leading social publishing best practices with engagement benchmarks for all social channels.
- Design social media, newsletter and website graphics.
- Managing daily, weekly, and monthly social media plans in support of major organizational objectives, along with individual brand objectives.
- Recruit and schedule models for social media content.
- Organize campaigns and gather client video testimonials.
- Implementing social media policies and best practices including market research, competitor analysis, and strategy building.
- Supporting Partnerships/Influencers in establishing marketing direction and rationale through promotional posts.
- Analyze performance and quantify value of social content, demonstrating each piece’s role in driving awareness, engagement, intent to purchase, and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in marketing or related discipline
- 3+ years of digital marketing, marketing analytics, or email marketing experience, preferably in a related industry
- Design
- B2B and B2C beauty industry experience
- Beauty and/or skincare industry experience
- Strong communication skills – written and oral
- Impeccable grammar, writing skills, and deep understanding of direct vs. indirect email copy
- Experience with writing sales copy
- Ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI
- Sufficient experience in marketing automation and content management systems
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
- Solid understanding of the sales lifecycle
- Experience in PhotoShop, CRM systems, Keap, basic email builders and Shopify
- Experience with LinkedIn, IG, FB, LinkTree, GoogleAds, Google Shopping
- Skilled in problem solving and project management
- Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
