The Employee Experience Coordinator will enhance team morale and foster a sense of belonging through managing programs and events at Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers.

The Employee Experience Coordinator at Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers plays a crucial role in building organizational culture and driving team morale through supporting Lighthouse's employee programs and events. The successful candidate will have experience in program management and event support that cultivates a sense of belonging and unity among employees and deepens Lighthouse's connection to the Southern Oklahoma community.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The fundamental responsibilities of Lighthouse's Employee Experience Coordinator include:
- Manage Employee-Success Programs: Coordinate, promote, and support employee success programs such as Dream Manager, Smart Dollar financial wellness, and DISC assessments, and other ad hoc programs. Ensure these programs align with organizational goals and enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Support Organizational Event Management: Help plan and execute key organizational events, including annual all-staff meetings and a health-and-wellness summit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create meaningful and engaging experiences for employees that result in a vibrant workplace and a strong organizational culture.
- Advance Community Programs: Strengthen Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers' presence in the community by actively participating in and contributing to initiatives like the Ardmore Behavioral Health Collaborative. Identify opportunities for collaboration and involvement.
- Build Organizational Culture: Work closely with leadership to develop and maintain a positive and inclusive organizational culture. Implement initiatives that foster a sense of belonging, purpose, and satisfaction among employees
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or event management.
- Experience with program coordination and community initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with behavioral health or wellness programs is advantageous.

- Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and practices.
- Proficiency in program management and ability to work autonomously.
- Event planning and management skills, including the ability to organize large-scale events such as all-staff meetings and health-and-wellness summits.
- Knowledge of community outreach and collaboration, especially in the context of mental health and wellness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive organizational culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift and carry event-related equipment and materials, up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work irregular hours (when needed), including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
- Comfortable working in various event settings, including indoor and outdoor venues.
- Mobility to move around event spaces and oversee event setup and teardown.
- Adaptability to travel for events throughout the organization's nine-county service area as required.
