We are looking for amazing top talent, and dedicated enrollment specialists to support new customers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process
  • Coordinate and execute all onboarding activities, ensuring all necessary steps are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure all parties are informed and up-to-date throughout the onboarding process
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process
  • Serve as a project coordinator, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and according to specifications
  • Must maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Continuously assess and refine the onboarding process to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, billing and collections, hospitality, receptionist work.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or project coordinator role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated with an ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
  • Experience in onboarding new clients or managing projects is a plus
  • Unstoppable attitude and possess a high need for competition and achievement.
  • Well organized and great attention to detail.
