QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales of SaaS solutions, proven ability to develop pipelines from leads, experience with virtual and live demonstrations, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and ability to travel up to 25%.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Enterprise Account Executive will drive sales of the Elastic Suite B2B platform to established retail brands, enhancing their digital commerce capabilities in a rapidly expanding market.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling the Elastic Suite enterprise B2B platform to established retail brands with annual sales that exceed $5M. This is a high-volume sales role where you’ll prospect warm and cold leads with custom messaging via email, over the phone, and through social media. Once you have a brand hooked, you’ll conduct live web demos of our software. And you’ll have to work closely and cross-functionally with our professional services, sales operations, and technical services teams as you manage your sales pipeline through to close.

This position can be performed from any of our US-based offices or remotely from anywhere within the US.
- Prospect and sell solution to targeted key enterprise level accounts
- Attend industry specific trade shows and events to discover and meet with enterprise accounts
- Qualify new prospects and understand business requirements
- Conduct web-based software demonstrations to highlight solution strengths and fit to potential client needs
- Conduct in-person presentations with executive-level audiences
- Maintain prospects and opportunities in Salesforce CRM to manage your pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing to build custom materials for target market segments
- Meet sales quotas provided by sales leadership
- Provide prospect and customer feedback to improve product offering
- At least 5 years of demonstrated success selling and building B2B relationships for a SaaS solution or similar technical
- At least 5 years of demonstrated success with selling SaaS/B2B solutions to large key accounts and global brands
- Demonstrated success in building and developing a pipeline from cold or warm leads
- Demonstrated success in conducting engaging virtual and live tech platform demos to prospective clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM tools; Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to travel, up to 25%
