OnviSource is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales of AI-driven analytics and automation solutions within the contact center industry, while maintaining high integrity and achieving business objectives.

Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional, experienced and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive with a high level of business integrity and proven demonstrated in the documents to join our sales team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise and call center software and SaaS sales, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in AI-driven analytics and automation within the contact center industry. In this role, the successful candidate will campaign, identify, and cultivate new sales opportunities, manage client relationships, and continuously meet or exceed the quarterly and annual sales targets.
Responsibilities
· Develop in-depth knowledge of OnviSource’s target markets, ICPs, products, services, value propositions, and competitive differentiators.
· Prepare effective and approved go-to-market and sales plans
· Execute the approved sales plans, generating and qualifying sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and sales campaigns.
· Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives in target companies, positioning OnviSource as a trusted advisor.
· Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
· Effectively manage the sales process to closure using OnviSource’s Sales Activity Management process and its Sales Lifecycle Overlapped Planning (SLOPE) methodology
· Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, prevent churn, foster new sales opportunities, and build lasting client relationships.
· Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Ensure unwavering compliance with OnviSource’s value system, business practices, and sales management processes, and effective use of OnviSource’s Salesforce.com CRM..
· Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs, facilitating successful implementations.
· Calibrate sales proposals and close sales in line with revenue targets.
Experience
· A minimum of 4 years of employment with each previous employer, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in each previous company.
· At least 6 years of direct experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions in the contact center.
· Proven and demonstrable through documents track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals on both monthly and quarterly basis.
· Highly skilled in individually generating leads by cold calling, prospecting, and networking to develop qualified sales opportunities.
· Assertive and results-driven with the ability to create and close sales opportunities, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver positive outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
· Self-motivated, disciplined, extremely hard worker, and capable of managing time effectively to prioritize sales activities and achieve objectives on a daily basis.
· Strong personal integrity, work ethic, professional mannerism, and commitment to professional standards and teamwork.
· Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
· Highly coachable to be trained on OnviSource’s strategies, initiatives, sales skills, processes, and policies.
· Positive and innovative thinker and effective contributor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
