Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager for Enterprise Products, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement for our B2B offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for existing and new Enterprise Products, aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with sales, tech operations, and other teams to define target market segments, value propositions, and messaging strategies.
- Create compelling marketing content, including collateral, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, videos, webinars, email campaigns, and social media and website content in collaboration with the Marketing team to support lead generation and sales efforts.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media, blogs, and websites to drive traffic and conversions.
- Plan and execute tradeshow events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our products, engage prospects, and nurture leads.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance, optimize tactics, and report on ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to amplify our brand presence and thought leadership.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to drive growth and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with Tech Operations to create and maintain high-quality documentation, including videos, demos, tutorials, training manuals, and FAQs, to support users throughout their journey.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (5 years) in B2B marketing, particularly in technology, manufacturing, electronics, or related industries.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insight into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (HubSpot), and analytical tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to travel for tradeshows (up to 10% travel).
