We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Marketing Technology Manager to help lead our marketing technology implementation efforts. As the Enterprise Marketing Technology Manager, you will lead enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts through the strategic use of technology. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify issues, and implement innovative solutions that enhance our marketing capabilities and deliver measurable results.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the integration of marketing technology systems with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility
  • Admin duties & configuration of the MarTech stack
  • Provide strategic guidance on the utilization of marketing technology to enhance customer experience, lead generation, and marketing analytics
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing technology, recommending new technologies and approaches to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and IT

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations or Marketing Technical environment supporting multiple campaign channels, including email, print, and digital for direct to consumer and/or business-to-business
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and content management systems
  • Proven solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working in a highly regulated environment (health, financial, etc.)
  • Administrator level knowledge of MarTech tools including Salesforce Marketing, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Marketo Engage, etc.

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
