IP Access International is a leading provider of cutting-edge connectivity solutions, specializing in private wireless networks, SD-WAN, and satellite backhaul. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive revenue growth within key enterprise markets, including oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, and energy.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of our private wireless, SD-WAN, and satellite solutions.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, marketing) to ensure successful customer onboarding and ongoing support.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue through Salesforce and reporting tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven Success: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a demonstrated history of exceeding quotas in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of private wireless networks, SD-WAN, and satellite connectivity solutions. Knowledge of oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, or energy sectors is a plus.
- Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities independently.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of networking technologies and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Remote Work Proficiency: Experience working independently and effectively managing time and resources in a remote environment.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events.
