The Enterprise Sales Support position at Onspire Health Marketing centralizes proposal development and manages client interactions to ensure successful contract execution and client relationship management.

- Assist the sales team by identifying and contacting prospective clients using various programs to efficiently track leads, manage client interactions, and monitor sales workflows.
- Lead search, negotiation, and implementation of AI generative platform for the building of proposals, and contracts and be the subject matter expert of such platform for the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and monitor competitors’ pricing and product offerings to maintain our market value for clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements to offer digital marketing solutions and create proposals and custom sales presentation assets for the Practice Growth Advisors (PGA).
- Analyze and optimize the Salesforce platform, auditing data and opportunity quotes as well as SOWs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, PGA, and partners for requested asset creation.
- Build strong and long-standing client relationships by responding to client questions, scheduling meetings, and providing after-sales support.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through the sales process, providing updates on progress, attending client meetings, and addressing concerns or objections to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to contract signing as needed.
- Foster the transition of contracted client proposals to the (onboarding?) marketing teams.
- Facilitate collaboration by ensuring that team members can easily access resources, share information, and communicate effectively.
- Provide ad hoc and scheduled reports and research of clients and market data for the SVP of Sales, Chief Strategy Officer and others as necessary.
- Coordinate the pricing sections with the sales and/or marketing teams as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and CRM platforms.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft complex RFPs, presentations, and client responses tailored for each proposal.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, AI generative platforms, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills are critical to this role.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with multiple sources.
- Experience in marketing is required; healthcare marketing is preferred.
