The Entry Level Associate will play a key role in outreach and communication, assisting in sales and providing customer service to connect client offers with the local community.

The Entry Level Associate is important for outreach, acquisition, and communication for our clients. The right person for the Entry Level Associate role will be able to work directly with customers, improve sales results through informed communication, and adapt to changing trends in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Associate:

Exhibit confident knowledge of client products and services during in-person sales with members of the local community
Assist in client sales volume by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant solutions
Give feedback to management regarding market preferences and potential avenues for improvement
Provide excellent customer service and communication while representing the client as well as follow-ups after the sales process is complete
Work with other Entry Level Associates to determine daily or weekly courses of action for client-provided customer leads
Consistently collaborate with all departments within the company to ensure smooth rollouts of client sales campaigns

Entry Level Associate Candidate Qualities:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, leadership, or a similar role
Entry-level knowledge of marketing or the telecommunications industry is preferred but not required
Effective and professional communication skills while maintaining a comfortable demeanor
Ability to collaborate in-office daily with other members of the Entry Level Associate team as well as the Management and Sales teams
Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
