Entry Level Graphic Designer

Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Entry-Level Graphic Designer to help assist our Art Director. As part of the marketing team, you will have the opportunity to create compelling visuals for a variety of platforms including social media, email campaigns, web assets, and more. You will work closely with our Art Director and marketing professionals to bring our brand vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging social media graphics, email marketing designs, and web assets that align with our brand guidelines.
• Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and on-brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project needs, timelines, and objectives.
• Work on multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new design tools, trends, and techniques to improve creative output.
• Take on various marketing projects as they arise, supporting campaigns, content creation, and other team needs.

Requirements:

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• No previous professional design experience is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro) is essential.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop skills in the graphic design field.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different design assets.
• A problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (optional):

• Knowledge of other design software is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic web design principles and design for digital platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.11 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
