LOCATION
On-site in West Palm Beach, FL; must be available to work all nights and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
College student interested in sports marketing, sales, events, and media. Must be a self-starter eager to learn and gain hands-on experience.

Contribute positively to the workplace, learn various business aspects including marketing, event execution, partner acquisition, and content creation, while adhering to core values of Good Karma Brands.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Paid internship program for college students with Good Karma Brands & ESPN West Palm, focused on gaining experience in sports marketing, event activations, content creation, and business development.
GKB & ESPN West Palm Internship Program
Good Karma Brands & ESPN West Palm are currently recruiting college students for a paid internship for Summer 2025. Students can, but do not have to, receive college credit to participate in our internship program.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, interested in learning more about sports marketing, sales, events, and media, and who enjoys hands-on experiences in the areas of new business development, promotional event marketing and content creation.
ESPN West Palm is a sports marketing entity with assets such as ESPN 106.3 FM and Deportes 760 AM. Expectations and responsibilities during the internship program include, but are not limited to:
- Positively contribute to the workplace environment
- Take initiative in learning all aspects of the business, ideally becoming competent in marketing and event execution, the GKB partner acquisition process and GKB’s content creation strategies and best practices (on-air and online)
- Adhere to GKB’s core values: Listen, Work Hard, Over Deliver, Follow Through, Be Honest & Teamwork
The internship will be split between on-site event activations and in-office hours. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ALL NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS. MUST BE IN OFFICE TO BE ELIGIBLE. THIS IS NOT A VIRTUAL INTERNSHIP
