Job Summary
Everyday you will be talking to new business owners and pre existing business owners. We help them start scale and grow their businesses. Many of the people you will be working with will be startup companies and many are prexisting business owners with multi million dollar event venues. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to provide customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market trends and customer feedback.
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or direct sales roles, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
