Job Overview

Tu Sain Entertainment Inc. is seeking high-energy, outgoing, and self-motivated Street-Level Promoters to join our team. In this commission-only role, you’ll be at the forefront of our event marketing efforts, driving ticket sales, and creating buzz in your local community. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about music, entertainment, and connecting with people.

Responsibilities

• Street Promotion: Distribute flyers, posters, and promotional materials in high-traffic areas, such as college campuses, shopping centers, and entertainment districts.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses, community centers, and influencers to boost event visibility.
• Social Media Outreach: Use personal social media platforms to promote events and encourage ticket sales.
• Networking: Attend local gatherings, nightlife events, and public functions to spread the word about Tu Sain Entertainment's upcoming events.
• Sales-Driven Marketing: Directly encourage ticket purchases through one-on-one interactions and online referrals.
• Event-Day Support: Assist with on-site promotion during events to ensure a high-energy and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Passion for live entertainment, music, and cultural events.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with your local area and community hotspots.
• Previous experience in street-level promotion or sales is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.15 - $25.34 per hour

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Nights as needed
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
