We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Specialist to join our team and help us create unforgettable experiences for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. Your expertise in event planning and execution will be crucial in ensuring that all aspects of each event run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, while also managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities


  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of various events, from conception to execution.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and budget.
  • Develop and manage event timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure favorable terms.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all details are addressed.
  • Manage event registration processes and handle attendee communication.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and management, ideally in a corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
