LOCATION
Onsite position at Aster Brands, minimal travel required (10-20% for events).

Seeking a self-starting Events Marketing Specialist to plan and enhance marketing strategies for diverse events, driving engagement and lead generation.

This is a full-time, year-round, onsite position. Position responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Plan and execute event and trade show logistics end-to-end, from strategy development to post-event analysis:
- Coordinate between the different departments on promotion, materials needed, etc
- Booking shows or venues and negotiating and executing contracts
- Planning travel accommodations
- Shipping and organization of all event or show materials
- Develop and implement strategies to drive event attendance and engagement, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop promotional materials, including event branding, digital assets, and collateral
- Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budget tracking
- Analyze event performance data, provide post-event reports, and recommend improvements for future events
- Support lead-generation efforts and post-event follow-ups to maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovative event marketing strategies
- Keep all marketing supplies (like literature and trade show materials) organized and manage inventory
- Ship materials and ensure timely delivery
- Order manufacturer gifts
- Plan meals and break logistics for customer and company team meetings
- You have two to five years of experience with event planning and coordination, hospitality or customer service
- Able to maintain the highest degree of professionalism
- You are ok with interest and your energy focus being primarily on the work at hand
- Have a factual, direct, and assertive style of communication
- Can make swift, but calculated decisions
