Position Overview:
The Client Care Manager is the heartbeat of our office and the first smile people see when they walk in. This in-office role is all about energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional organization. As the primary point of contact for clients and team members, you’ll manage scheduling, rescheduling, and communication with creativity and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Bring the Energy: Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the office every day. Be the smile that brightens everyone's day.
Scheduling Master: Coordinate and manage daily appointments for our team of photographers and videographers. Handle rescheduling requests with creativity and finesse, thinking like a Tetris and puzzle master to optimize schedules.
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Respond promptly and professionally to all requests.
Multitasking Expert: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously without missing a beat, from scheduling to resolving conflicts and ensuring all client needs are addressed.
Problem-Solving Pro: Anticipate and solve scheduling challenges, ensuring that both client and team needs are met.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless operations and top-notch client service.
Organizational Guru: Maintain accurate records, calendars, and communication logs to keep everyone aligned and informed.
