Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Marketing Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain professionalism while handling sensitive information and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and transcribing documents.
  • Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to important information.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including catering and materials preparation.
  • Support various projects as needed, collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • On call
