This role is designed for a versatile individual who can manage the day-to-day operations of executive support while also enhancing our online presence through strategic social media management.

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant & Social Media Development Coordinator will work closely with the executive team, providing essential administrative support and ensuring seamless office operations. Additionally, this role will oversee the planning, creation, and execution of social media content and campaigns to elevate the company’s online presence, engage with our community, and align with our brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to CEO, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and office systems to ensure efficient operation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as requested by the executive team.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Social Media Development Duties:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) that aligns with the company’s brand, values, and goals.
  • Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to continually optimize content strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community.
  • Create consistent messaging and cross-channel promotion.
  • Research and implement best practices for growing social media presence and increasing engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in social media management tools.
  • Experience with content creation, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools), and video editing (basic level).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
