Seeking an experienced Executive Director for Retail Solution Marketing to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive top line growth in the retail sector at NCR VOYIX Corporation.

You will develop deep insights into the needs and trends, tailoring our marketing efforts to align with their specific challenges and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of market trends.
- Translate annual business targets into a holistic Marketing strategy across key markets and personas with focus on Reputation, Demand Generation and Sales enablement.
- Transformation of Marketing approach with focus on a Marketing Mix based on customer outcomes and benefits vs tactics driven.
- Develop team and skillset to deliver on ability to effectively activate right Marketing Mix based on audience and region.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Collaborate with product management to understand product features, benefits, and positioning.
- Create compelling product messaging and value propositions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with necessary knowledge and materials to effectively sell including presentations, datasheets, battlecards and case studies.
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and synergy across all marketing activities.
- Develop and manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners to amplify our reach and impact within the segment.
- Drive collaboration between marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Drive and facilitate lead generation and nurturing process between marketing, sales, and channel in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales operations teams.
Content Marketing
- Develop and manage a content marketing strategy that supports brand positioning and lead generation.
- Work closely with the communications team to ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and videos.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and drives organic traffic.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on product marketing, integrated marketing, and content marketing. Previous leadership or management experience is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the B2B purchasing process, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with experience making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
