QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 12-15 years of relevant experience including hands-on digital marketing and 6-8 years of management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all marketing channels, manage external agency relationships, execute multichannel marketing programs, lead digital marketing initiatives, develop marketing budgets, and mentor the marketing team while ensuring compliance with regulations.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Northwest Bank is seeking an Executive Director for Digital & Marketing Channels to lead comprehensive marketing strategies and drive growth across digital and traditional platforms.
Essential Functions
- Translate line of business marketing strategies into actionable multichannel marketing programs that drive revenue-attributable business outcomes across all divisions, including Retail and Small Business, Commercial, Mortgage and Retail Lending, and Investments
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing partners and business units to design and manage strategy and execution for digital marketing, including content marketing, digital advertising, organic search, paid search, social media and website
- Execute tactics for building traffic and growing customer base through online media and SEO
- Oversee key external communication channels (thought leadership content, email and other online content), lead efforts to produce relevant and engaging communications that result in measurable action
- Lead marketing support efforts for other departments and encourage strong collaboration and teamwork to execute cross-departmental initiatives
- Develop and manage the channels marketing budget, providing monthly and quarterly reports as required
- Develop recurring marketing return on investment reporting and analysis
- Partner with the bank’s technology team to recommend and implement the marketing technology stack, including customer data platform, marketing automation system, website content management system, and other critical technologies
- Demonstrate creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and resourcefulness in leading team to meet ambitious growth goals
- Educate the marketing team and bank leadership on digital marketing trends and best practices
- Manage and coach team of marketing professionals to ensure flawless planning and execution of marketing initiatives; provide regular and ongoing performance coaching and career development opportunities with a focus on retaining and recruiting top talent
Additional Essential Functions
- Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
- Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
- Work as part of a team
- Work with on-site equipment
Additional Responsibilities
- Complete other duties and special projects as requested by management
Safety and Health for Supervisors with Direct Reports
- Provide leadership and positive direction for maintaining the safety and loss prevention program
- Actively participate in and support employee participation in the safety and loss prevention program by ensuring that employees know how to properly report a safety issue, making sure that all accidents are promptly reported to Human Resources and documented, and ensuring that prompt action is taken whenever workplace hazards are identified
- Help implement emergency procedures

Education
Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, or related field Or
Work Experience
12 - 15 years Directly related, progressively responsible work experience And
12 - 15 years Experience with hands-on digital marketing with a for-profit business, non-profit organization or with a consultant working closely with nonprofits And
6 - 8 years Management Experience
