QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), 7+ years of experience in client development or operations, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in data analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee operations and success of the memory care community, develop client relationships, manage a diverse team, monitor performance metrics, conduct market analysis, manage budget allocation, ensure resident safety, and coordinate care services.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Executive Leader will ensure seamless client engagement while overseeing community operations, financial management, team leadership, and building stakeholder relationships.
SUMMARY:
The Executive Leader will oversee the entire client engagement process, ensuring its success from initial concept through development and maintaining a seamless experience for the client. This role demands a visible leader with exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, capable of swiftly building credibility and rapport with a diverse group of senior executives. Directs the administration of assigned memory care community within authority of state regulations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for the overall operations and success of the community (financial, operational, clinical, sales and marketing, culinary, life engagement, maintenance and outside relationships)
· Client Development: Develop and execute strategies to enhance client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
· Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
· Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and client satisfaction, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client development strategies with overall business objectives.
· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, adapting strategies accordingly.
· Budget Management: Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of resources and alignment with business goals.
· Directs, coordinates, and evaluates activities of life enrichment program planning and implementation, culinary operations, interior and exterior integrity of the building, marketing efforts, and nursing and health care services.
· Leads an individual neighborhood and oversees all aspects of the care provided to our residents.
· Coordinated and works closely with the local community, not for profit organizations, small business owners, churches, healthcare community and local and state governments.
· Responsible for building relationships and partnerships with the local community to include volunteer programs, training programs, internships and other working relationships.
· Responsible for the overall safety of residents and the facility.
· Works in collaboration with all disciplinary team members to coordinate every aspect of resident care.
· Addresses all issues and/or concerns of resident’s family members and ensures prompt resolutions for overall family satisfaction. Visits residents to ensure their needs are met.
· Maintains high staff morale and fosters a supportive work environment.
· Maintains accurate resident charts and state required documentation and is prepared for state survey and health inspections at all times.
· Ensures Plan of Correction is properly completed, corrected, and returned in a timely manner and within identified timeframe.
· Completes all incident report investigations and report’s findings according to state regulations and company policies.
· Monitors and communicates landscaping, property maintenance, capital improvement, and kitchen needs on an on-going basis.
· Coordinates complete move-in process for all new residents.
· Attends networking events and provides facility tours to support community and brand marketing.
· Develops, monitors, and participates in the Manager on Duty (MOD) call rotation.
· Maintains continued education requirements for all staff (including self), as required by professional licensures and state regulations.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
MANAGERIAL & BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Directs hiring, scheduling, and training of personnel and ensures managers are familiar with and adhere to state regulatory standards; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
· Budgetary responsibilities include reviewing financial and budget transactions, assisting with budget development, and budgetary control.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· Must be 21 years of age or older.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· 7+ years of experience in client development, operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
· Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with a strategic mindset.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary to meet the needs of our residents.
