Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and driven Operations and HR Specialist to join our growing team. This multifaceted role combines elements of executive support, business operations, and human resources management, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to key areas of our organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth operations, support strategic initiatives, and foster a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive and Administrative Support
- Manage calendars and schedules for leadership, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Prepare detailed reports, financial summaries, and presentations using advanced Excel functions.
- Handle documentation, contracts, and other administrative tasks with precision and confidentiality.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and strong communication.
Business Operations
- Maintain and analyze operational and financial dashboards, tracking KPIs and metrics.
- Support accounts receivable analysis and other financial reporting.
- Contribute to operational projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Assist with social media and online presence strategies (preferred but not required).
Human Resources Management
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, supporting a smooth HR function.
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Organize team-building activities, staff recognition programs, and wellness events.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- MBA Graduate

Pay: $72,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
