SHORT DESCRIPTION

T.E.H.C. Healthcare seeks an experienced Skilled Home Health Account Executive to market services in Seminole County, FL, focusing on increasing census by educating the medical community about home health services.

Overview:

T.E.H.C. Healthcare is looking for an EXPERIENCED Skilled Home Health Account Executive (AE) with a pre-existing book of business from providers in Seminole county, Fl.

AEs are responsible for marketing of TEHC Home Health Services to medical doctors and facilities throughout Brevard county. AEs educate the medical community on services provided by the company and promote our agency to increase our census.

In business for over 24 years, T.E.H.C Healthcare is a post-acute care partner for hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and families. We deliver high-quality, cost-effective care that empowers patients to manage their health at home. Hospitals and health systems around the county have partnered with TEHC to deliver patient-centered care in the home.

Experience Requirements
Two years of successful home healthcare marketing for skilled, Medicare patients.

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills required.
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self motivated.

Qualifications:

  • Achievement of monthly goals for Medicare and Insurance admissions.
  • Successfully execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development including prospecting/diversification and call frequency/routing.
  • Plans activity to maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts.
  • Responsible for executing effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of the referral community
  • Demonstrate pre and post call planning, establishing rapport, effective questioning skills, proposing solutions, handling objections and closing.
  • Works closely with the Administrator, Director of Marketing and Clinical Director to drive a vision of growth by focusing every team member on the needs and expectations of the referral community and patients.
  • Responsible to maintain and timely submit documents to include, but not limited to: Time sheets, weekly call logs, expense reports, PTO requests, and referral paperwork.
  • Delivers, tracks and picks- up needed paperwork from referral sources to include orders and notes.
  • Responds timely to cell phone calls, text and e-mail correspondence.
  • Responsible for being a good steward of the company's financial resources by projecting a return on monies spent and managing to a Sales and Marketing expense budget.
  • Knows the features and benefits of the services provided by TEHC
  • Is able to articulate competitive advantages, specialty programs, and Medicare guidelines.
  • Educates the medical community about the services of our organization through effective sales calls
  • Completes 12 annual TEHC in-services.
  • Any other tasks that are assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
