Experienced Outside Field Marketing Manager
LOCATION
Toledo, Ohio
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1-3 years of sales and/or field canvassing management experience, preferably in home improvement. Proven record of sales success, ability to recruit and hire, and experience in coaching and mentoring teams. Must be able to work light evenings, Saturdays, and travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Motivate, mentor, and develop an outside marketing sales team, set and exceed sales team performance objectives, manage team reporting, conduct daily check-ins to ensure quotas are met or exceeded, and provide constructive feedback for team member growth.
