We’re seeking a seasoned and innovative Property Manager to lead our operations, implement creative strategies, and ensure our properties thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term occupancy.
• Marketing and Leasing: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, digital advertising, and creative content to attract high-quality tenants.
• Operational Management: Oversee property maintenance to ensure properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with all regulations.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, oversee rent collection, address delinquencies, and prepare detailed financial reports.
• Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhance tenant satisfaction, and improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the owner and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals while independently managing daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in property management, with experience in urban markets like Grand Rapids.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium, AppFolio).
• Strong marketing expertise, with skills in social media management, digital advertising, and content creation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of property management laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: $52,000–$82,000/year, based on experience.
