Experienced BDC Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic BDC representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. Must be proficient with various social media platforms with a focus on generating activity, setting appointments, and driving traffic to the dealership. Experience with marketing on social media platforms a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Run marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the dealership
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote inventory on social media.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Specialization in used automotive sales, understanding inventory features and benefits to effectively sell to customers

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and social media management
• Prior experience with BDC in a dealership environment
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
