The Growth Marketing Strategist will develop and execute data-driven strategies to acquire new customers, optimize marketing processes, and manage digital advertising efforts to ensure efficient growth and streamlined operations.

This is an office-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, social, display, etc.) to acquire new leads and customers
- Use a combination of inbound and outbound strategies to drive qualified traffic and improve conversion rates
- Optimize lead nurturing programs, leveraging email marketing, retargeting, and other tactics to move leads through the funnel
- Create and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive new logo acquisition
Digital Paid Search and Digital Paid Ads:
- Oversee the management and optimization of digital paid search and advertising campaigns, ensuring a positive return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Identify and execute new opportunities across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others to drive cost-effective growth
- Monitor and adjust budget allocations and bidding strategies based on performance data to maximize efficiency
Funnel Optimization and Growth Experiments:
- Analyze the marketing funnel to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, optimizing for higher conversion rates at each stage
- Lead growth experiments, A/B testing, and other data-driven initiatives to improve the performance of campaigns and the customer acquisition process
- Implement growth strategies to rapidly scale successful campaigns and refine underperforming ones
Marketing Automation:
- Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to streamline lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation
- Build workflows that automate repetitive tasks and improve the customer journey, ensuring timely and personalized interactions
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to ensure smooth integration of automation systems with CRM and other platforms
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports on metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, CPC, CPL, and ROAS
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to develop dashboards that provide insights into campaign performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and other key growth metrics
- Use data insights to continuously refine strategies, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with overall revenue goals
Key Metrics for Success:
- Growth Campaign Goal Attainment: Achieving or exceeding lead generation and acquisition targets
- Return on Advertisement (ROAS): Maximizing return on digital ad spend
- Cost per Customer (CPC) and Cost per Lead (CPL): Reducing the cost of acquiring new customers and leads while maintaining quality
- Time-to-Market (TTM) for New Campaigns: Efficiently launching new campaigns and driving results in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven success in developing and managing lead generation campaigns, digital paid search, and paid media strategies
- Strong expertise in funnel optimization, marketing automation platforms, and growth experimentation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing platforms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with Revenue Operations and Sales teams
