Century 21 Next Level is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven External Business Relationship Marketing Manager to help expand our brand and increase property sales through strategic business partnerships and referrals. This is a commission-based opportunity focused on marketing and business development, ideal for someone passionate about building relationships and driving growth.

As an External Business Relationship Marketing Manager, you will dedicate at least 80% of your time working outside the company office, engaging with current and potential business partners to establish connections that generate property sales. Your goal will be to enhance our marketing presence and build strong, referral-driven networks with professionals like real estate agents, builders, attorneys, and financial experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Marketing:

Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities to expand our network of business partners in target markets.

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as real estate agents, builders, attorneys, and financial professionals to drive property sales and enhance Century 21 Next Level’s market presence.

Referral and Relationship Management:

Foster long-lasting relationships with business partners, ensuring continuous referrals.

Address inquiries from business partners and clients, positioning yourself as a trusted marketing advisor.

Ensure excellent customer service and a seamless experience for business partners and referred clients.

Sales Growth and Strategy:

Promote real estate services through strategic marketing initiatives that meet or exceed company goals.

Analyze market data, identify opportunities for growth, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that impact marketing strategies.

Use market data and feedback to continuously refine approaches to business development and lead generation.

Collaboration and Team Support:

Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Marketing to ensure that our business partner offerings meet the needs of referred clients.

Support the development of promotional materials and strategies that appeal to potential business partners.

Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure all marketing and relationship-building activities adhere to legal, ethical, and company standards.

Keep updated on compliance regulations relevant to real estate marketing.

Reporting and Results:

Maintain up-to-date records of business partner interactions, referral activities, and sales results via CRM systems or other tools.

Prepare regular reports for management that highlight performance metrics and growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in marketing, business development, or similar roles.

Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tools to drive business growth.

Ability to identify market trends, opportunities, and adjust strategies as needed.

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a commission-based environment.
