Fashion Assistant Intern

Overview:
Cya Style is a premier wardrobe styling company dedicated to empowering clients to express their internal presence through curated wardrobe solutions. As a Wardrobe Styling & Marketing Intern, you will work closely with Cyaira Adams, a seasoned stylist and creative entrepreneur, assisting in styling sessions, event preparation, marketing campaigns, and behind-the-scenes operations. This role combines fashion styling with hands-on marketing experience, ideal for individuals passionate about the intersection of fashion, branding, and client engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesStyling Support:

• Assist in organizing, sourcing, and preparing clothing, accessories, and products for client fittings, photoshoots, and styling sessions.
• Create mood boards, lookbooks, and style guides tailored to client needs.
• Provide on-site support during client appointments, fashion shows, or events.

Marketing & Social Media:

• Collaborate on creating content for Cya Style’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), including styling tips, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional posts.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to highlight services, seasonal offerings, and products like garment bags and travel steamers.
• Track social media analytics and engagement to refine content strategies.
• Brainstorm and implement marketing campaigns to attract new clients, particularly for services like Winter Travel Styling or workshops.

Inventory & Product Management:

• Maintain and organize wardrobe inventory, ensuring items are clean, labeled, and ready for use.
• Assist in managing Cya Style product inventory, including garment bags, travel steamers, and undergarment wash bags.
• Support e-commerce initiatives, including listing products online, tracking orders, and fulfilling client purchases.

Event Assistance:

• Support the coordination and execution of events, such as workshops, pop-ups, and client experiences.
• Help set up and manage styling displays or interactive client activities.
• Capture event content (photos/videos) for marketing purposes.

Administrative Tasks:

• Research fashion trends, vendors, and designers to provide creative inspiration and resources.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments and organize session notes.
• Maintain a database of potential collaborators, vendors, and influencers for marketing partnerships.

Client Engagement:

• Offer exceptional service during client interactions, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Provide discreet and respectful assistance during styling sessions to maintain client confidence.
• Respond to inquiries on social media or via email professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in fashion, marketing, styling, or a related field.
• Passion for fashion, personal style, and creativity.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic marketing principles, including analytics and campaign strategies.
• Basic knowledge of garment care and fabric types is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
