We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead our multi-channel marketing efforts and drive measurable growth. This role oversees affiliate and influencer marketing, paid media, social media, email campaigns, content strategy, and public relations. You’ll be tasked with maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) while ensuring every campaign aligns with UPLIFT Desk’s brand values and delivers tangible results.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce demand generation, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in driving and exceeding ROAS goals across paid media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing, content strategy, and email marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track performance.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the furniture industry or other B2B ecommerce markets.
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social ad platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience managing Public Relation efforts or implementing multi-channel integrations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee affiliate programs, email marketing, social media, public relations, and content strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee Paid Media Campaigns: Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, and other platforms, applying a highly critical lens to performance metrics and ensuring optimization for maximum ROAS.
  • Achieve ROAS Goals: Strategically allocate budgets and refine paid media strategies to consistently meet or exceed Return on Ad Spend targets.
  • Manage Product Launches: Plan and execute marketing strategies for product launches, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and timely execution.
  • Refine Content Strategies: Partner with internal teams to create engaging, on-brand content that supports demand generation efforts and builds customer loyalty.
  • Drive Affiliate & Influencer Success: Build and nurture partnerships with affiliates and influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and measurable outcomes.
  • Excel at Data-Driven Marketing: Create and manage tracking systems, spreadsheets, and reports to monitor performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Optimize Tools & Integrations: Manage HubSpot workflows, analytics pixels, and other integrations to streamline marketing operations and improve decision-making.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain UPLIFT Desk’s voice and values across all marketing channels, ensuring authenticity and alignment with the brand’s mission.
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Manage and coach marketing team members, holding them accountable to high performance standards while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
