No degree required, highly motivated, excellent oral and written communication skills, computer literacy including basic Excel and MS Word, strong customer service focus, digital marketing, and social media capabilities are a plus. New graduates accepted.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Field Marketer will enhance brand awareness for The Earwell Centers of Excellence and develop marketing strategies to foster community relationships and referral networks.
Job Summary
The Field Marketer is responsible for increasing the patient count of The Earwell Centers of Excellence by educating the surrounding community, business, and healthcare-related professionals while promoting our brand. The field marketer will develop marketing strategies and campaigns as necessary. In addition, she/he will work closely with medical staff, executives, and office personnel to optimize a marketing plan.
- Responsible for public/ brand awareness for Earwell Centers of Excellence
- Maintain and develop new referral sources in the community
- Achieve attainable monthly quotas of referrals
- Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities.
- Create a marketing plan by assessing community needs, marketing strategy/objectives, identifying key accounts and the development of specific marketing action items with measurable goals.
Duties
- Serve as the local market expert by staying abreast of business drivers, conditions and trends applying the knowledge to focus efforts and to bring forth ideas and opportunities to the Manager
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data accurately and timely
- Develop marketing forecasts and maintain an opportunity pipeline in the CRM tool
- Educate providers and community of our services
- Develop strong, professional relationships with all providers
- Develops and executes a growth marketing strategy for business
- Distributing brochures and promotional material
- Producing engaging content and product advertisements
- Plans and negotiates marketing material
- Edits and proofs all materials related to campaigns
- Documents and reports success of campaigns throughout the campaign cycle.
- Completes final documentation of campaign success with recommendations on improving the campaign strategy for the next recruiting cycle
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Must be willing to travel in your territory
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to clearly convey information
- Computer literacy is required, including basic Excel and MS Word
- Positive attitude towards work and a strong customer service focus
- Digital Marketing, Social Media capabilities is a plus
- Maintain a professional appearance
