Field Marketing Associate

Kopius is an innovative IT company at the forefront of software development. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Associate to join our team!
Responsibilities:

• The Marketing Associate will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, which may include communication with customers, conducting market research, assisting with sales initiatives, participating in marketing campaigns, and managing projects.
• Implementing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth by utilizing marketing techniques and strategies to increase customer acquisitions and drive sales.
• Identify, schedule, and manage attendees for all Kopius upcoming client and partner events including driving client / partner/ internal participations, capturing sales leads, and follow up activities.
• Interact with internal and client stakeholders to promote Kopius’ solutions and services.
• Assist in the development of go-to-market and client presentation materials

Basic Qualifications:

• Intermediate/Advanced English skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic content creator tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing or similar role supporting sales teams.
• Passion and/or experience with Microsoft technology, open-source, cybersecurity, or similar highly technical industry.
• Experience with professional services, including solution development, staffing augmentation, and management services.
• Concise communication style and ability to convey information in a short and clear format via text and video conferencing.
• Curiosity to learn new things and explore innovative ideas. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage your own time, report on goals, and assess the progress of your work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and technical professionals
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive meaningful conversations with internal and client stakeholders.
• Background in Marketing, Public Relationships. Sales or Communications.
• Self-motivated and capable of driving tasks to completion with strong quantitative analysis skills working in a fast-pace team environment.
