JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an outgoing and approachable Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Opiniion. This bubbly individual will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns, organizing and managing trade shows and events, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS marketing, a strong understanding of event logistics, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪ Campaign Planning and Execution: Design and implement field marketing campaigns, including trade show participation, to promote products and services.

▪ Event Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for trade shows and other marketing events, ensuring effective brand representation.

▪ Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with regional sales teams, client representatives, sales operations, and other customer-facing team members to develop strategies that drive lead generation and sales opportunities.

▪ Vendor and Venue Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues to facilitate successful event execution.

▪ Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets related to field activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

▪ Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and events, providing insights for future initiatives.

▪ Interdepartmental Collaboration: Manage events by collaborating across multiple departments, including venue/vendor sourcing, travel bookings, and onsite logistics.

▪ Creative and Cross-Functional Initiatives: Oversee creative projects related to events and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and creative teams.

▪ Risk Management: Manage several events at one time, proactively identifying requirements, mitigating potential risks, and adhering to deadlines.

▪ Onsite Leadership: Supervise onsite logistics, serve as the primary welcome point, manage vendor schedules, and provide leadership to internal/external teams.

▪ Financial Oversight: Maintain financial records, track budgets, and apply budgetary insights effectively.

▪ Event Registration and Communication: Create and maintain event registration pages; communicate status via project management software, adhering to field marketing standards.

▪ Stakeholder Management: Interface with executive sales leadership, sales reps, and marketing leadership to provide updates, manage changes, and ensure primary goals are met.

▪ Attend and lead field marketing events as the primary representative of the marketing team.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field OR equivalent experience.

▪ Several years of experience in field marketing, particularly within the SaaS industry.

▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.

▪ Exceptional project management abilities and proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

▪ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

▪ Proven expertise in managing budgets and tracking financial performance.

▪ Willingness to travel frequently to attend trade shows and events as required.

▪ Familiarity with property management or proptech sectors is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
