QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in an event-supporting role, strong organizational and communication skills, expertise in Google Suite, Salesforce CRM, Marketo, and event management tech.

About the Team:
AlphaSense Marketing is a revenue focused marketing team that encompasses demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, PR / AR, brand, customer marketing, content marketing, and experience marketing. At our core, we're here to support AlphaSense's growth, which we do by contributing to pipeline and revenue; developing a brand that's widely known to the markets we serve; and encouraging user engagement both within our product and with our brand.
About the Role:
This role bridges the gap between corporate marketing initiatives and field sales teams to ensure effective market penetration and customer engagement. You will be their regional strategic partner who understands how to evaluate pipeline, review with their sales counterparts and develop strategies to strengthen those opportunities identified. Your mission will be to accelerate the impact of our sales team with field marketing tactics and pipeline maturing events. Day-to-day activities center around high-quality event execution, identifying event trends for AlphaSense's different audiences', and running event campaign analysis. This role will partner with our Revenue Org, Demand Gen, MOPs, Product Marketing, PR/Content, Creative and others across the organization.
Who You Are:
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely strong organizational skills and ensures nothing slips through the cracks
- Ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple competing priorities at any given time
- Have a proactive mindset to iterate on current processes and build efficient workflows
- 'Can-do' attitude and strong desire to learn
- Results oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals.
- Solid understanding of Google Suite, Salesforce CRM, Marketo marketing automation, event management technology, Asana, and other digital marketing platforms
- Typically 5+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally event supporting role
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and regional business goals
- Plan, execute, and manage regional marketing events
- Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and generate and accelerate pipeline opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key regional partners, industry influencers, and customer advocates
- Design and manage local marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, and traditional media
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI
- Manage segment-focused marketing budget and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Create localized marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all regional initiatives
- Coordinate with product marketing to ensure field teams have current messaging and product knowledge
- Ensure that all event lead metrics are recorded and subsequent follow strategy is implemented.
- Act as the logistical support person for marketing events and trade shows. This includes shipping of materials, booth properties, graphics, computers, literature, promotional items, rental equipment, and tracking during transportation.
- Educate internal staff on event responsibilities, task assignments, and equipment allocation to ensure alignment with department and company objectives.

Base Compensation Range*: $99,000 - $130,000
Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
- For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
