Overview:

At 3C, LLC, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Field Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will drive sales with our dedicated distribution partners, create strong relationships, and play an essential role in expanding the 3CH brand in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Service Excellence: Provide best-in-class sales and service to assigned distributor partners, demonstrating your passion and deep knowledge of 3CH's products, including Vapes & Gummies, to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Sales Expansion: Identify gaps in distributor portfolios and actively sell 3CH products where there is opportunity, ensuring robust product representation across all channels.
  • Brand Marketing Support: Support corporate brand marketing initiatives, including promotional activities and strategic campaigns. Complete daily tracking through Karma and provide timely updates on sales performance.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with regional target account associates and management. Become a trusted advisor for key accounts to drive growth and long-term success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze weekly sales results and monthly reports to identify expansion opportunities, monitor competition, and refine sales strategies.
  • Training & Education: Participate in 3CH training programs, becoming a distributor coach. Conduct in-store product training sessions, demonstrations, and trade shows to educate store associates, management, and customers.
  • Execution Excellence: Ensure merchandising and display best practices are followed to increase rate of sale (ROS). Plan and execute 8-10 in-store sampling events monthly, including some nights and weekends as needed based on demand.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate brand initiatives to distributor sales teams through GSM presentations, setting clear KPIs, and monitoring performance to achieve results.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market potential, competitor products, and consumer preferences to ensure 3CH's position in the market remains competitive and innovative.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee distributor inventory levels, ensuring timely product rotation and managing product expiration dates. Maintain store aesthetics through proper merchandising and product placement.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or field sales, with a focus on account management or distribution partnerships.
  • Age & Licensing: Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and .
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and transport products up to 50 lbs., with the ability to ascend/descend ladders and handle inventory tasks efficiently.
  • Vehicle Insurance: Must maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as a primary driver.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-Starter: Must be self-motivated with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for the Industry: A genuine interest in hemp products, wellness, and the evolving landscape of CBD and hemp-derived goods is preferred.
