The Opportunity
Adobe’s Digital Media (DMe) Finance organization is seeking to hire a Finance Lead, to support the Marketing organizations of Creative Cloud and Photoshop. In this role, the Finance Lead will be the strategic partner to Product Marketing supporting the optimization of spending and return across full-funnel campaigns and critical initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the position involves developing a finance perspective, crafting executive narratives, supporting marketing performance reviews, improving budgeting processes, and leading financial planning.
What You’ll Do
Lead financial planning and close process, including campaign and product level tracking
Partner with senior leadership on high-impact decisions, investment trade-offs, goal setting, and align marketing spending to critical initiatives
Analyze marketing performance, identify trends, and optimize campaign development and customer outcomes
Develop data-driven insights that influence decisions to drive profitability, scale, and business growth
Leverage Power BI/Tableau to build and maintain centralized reporting and analytical solutions
What You Need to Succeed
Financial modeling experience with crafting multidimensional forecasts, analyzing sophisticated data, and identifying trends
Outstanding partnership skills, align different perspectives to drive impact in a matrixed organization
Self-starter with a strong curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for improvement
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are crucial; experience with Anaplan, PowerBI, and Tableau, and familiarity with SQL or Python, is a plus Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in FP&A or related analytical roles, with a deep understanding of Marketing and SaaS business models.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,700 -- $228,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
