Tigran began his career with New York Life in the Spring of 2004 as an intern in the Los Angeles

General Office. He found his niche working with the affluent pre-retiree marketplace which helped him achieve “Executive Council”2 twice while producing over 100 cases each year in the business.
In the Fall of 2006, Tigran was promoted to Partner and began to develop his team in the Pasadena area. He became the leading Partner and recruiter in the company for 3 straight years, winning several company awards including the “Career Commitment Award” 3. He also qualified to attend the “Gathering of Eagles”4 conference in recognition of his contributions to recruiting and company strength. In the Fall of 2009, Tigran received a promotion to Senior Partner where he continued to select and develop his talented team. In 2011, he won the prestigious “Val Ivanov” award 5 for the best personal performance by a Managing, Executive, or Senior Partner in the 3 key areas of recruiting, new organization production, and retention. As one of the nation’s top Managing Partners, Tigran has led Southern California to an unprecedented 25 National Trophies as of 2020. Tigran resides in Glendale with his wife, Melissa, and four boys, Robert, Alexander, William and Edward.
