YogaSix is coming to Leander, TX, and we're looking to add Wellness Advisors.

The Wellness Advisor is most often the first and last point of contact for current students as well prospective students. The best Wellness Advisors are friendly, outgoing and CURIOUS individuals who are dedicated to learning about the students’ that the studio serves. This curiosity allows them the ability to make expert format, membership/package, and retail recommendations based on the student’s goals. Additionally, they ensure the studio is a clean and inviting space.

Right now we're in presales so we're looking for someone to help us with lead follow-up and event participation as we prepare for opening. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new and contribute to the growth of a thriving fitness community. About YogaSix:

YogaSix offers a variety of yoga classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or experience. About the Role:

This curiosity allows them the ability to make expert format, membership/package, and retail recommendations based on the student’s goals. Additionally, they ensure the studio is a clean and inviting space.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

• Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, co-promotions, pop-ups, farmer's markets etc. ) to promote the studio
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing
• Follow-up with leads to convert memberships

Open Studio Responsibilities (In addition to those above):

• Booking Appointments
• Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment
• Contacting leads in a timely manner to establish relationship and get them booked in for a class experience, achieving a daily, weekly, and monthly quota
• Studio Tours & Education
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales
• A studio (yes, even a yoga studio) is a business. Following a successful initial class experience, Wellness Advisors present the best membership or class package option based on the student’s goals
• Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager
• Participate in Member Retention
• Ensure new members are onboarded properly
• Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for health, wellness, and the YogaSix brand.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Experience with ClubReady is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time (depending on availability)

Salary: $14-16 per hour (Expected Range) + Bonus
