Job Description
As the first sales hire at Insight Health AI, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our sales strategy, establish market presence, and lay the foundation for our future sales organization. This is an unprecedented time where technology is being adopted rapidly in a historically slow industry and we are experiencing incredible growth in both revenue and customer base. We’re looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive this momentum forward.
You’ll be responsible for driving the adoption of our innovative AI solutions—the Virtual Care Assistant (VCA) and AI Ambient Scribe (Aura)—within mid-market clinics and private practices across the United States. Your role will bridge our cutting-edge technologies with the unique needs and workflows of healthcare providers, ensuring both clinician and patient satisfaction.
Wearing multiple hats, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll be instrumental in establishing our scaled Product-Led Growth (PLG) to Product-Led Sales (PLS) approach, creating processes to support our ambitious growth plans. By establishing strong relationships with clinics and leading sales initiatives, you’ll build the foundation for our sales growth and contribute significantly to transforming healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting mid-market clinics and private practices, leveraging our proven Product-Led Growth (PLG) into Product-Led Sales (PLS) model.
Market Penetration: Identify and engage potential clients, driving the adoption of our AI solutions to enhance patient care and streamline clinical workflows.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations to ensure long-term partnerships.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure a seamless client experience.
Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to inform product development and enhance our offerings.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, specifically selling to mid-market clinics and private practices.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead initiatives and build teams from the ground up.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including familiarity with clinical workflows and decision-making processes.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information to diverse audiences, including clinicians and administrative staff.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with a passion for innovation and the drive to make a significant impact in healthcare.
Nice To Have
Established Network: Existing relationships within the healthcare industry, particularly with clinics and private practices.
Startup Experience: Previous experience working in a startup environment or rapidly growing company.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience with AI Solutions: Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in healthcare.
