Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Head of Growth at WithJoy.AI. The role involves developing and leading execution of growth marketing strategies, customer acquisition initiatives, growth hacking techniques, and business development activities to drive the company's expansion and success.

We're looking for a candidate who can think creatively, take initiative, and lead execution with limited resources—while driving significant growth. While you will be managing a junior marketer, you will also be directly responsible for execution.

Qualifications

• Growth Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and Growth Hacking skills
• Sales and Business Development expertise
• Proven track record of driving business growth and customer acquisition
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Compensation

Expect early startup salary plus equity.
