Hi, my name is Rachel, I am the founder of a modern medical aesthetics business that provides up to date aesthetic services, utilizing the latest anti-aging techniques in a safe, comfortable, and fun environment. We are currently in pursuit of an esthetic superstar to join our front office team with a Monday-Thursday 8:30am-6:00pm schedule. Primary Objectives:

• Be the first point of contact for any new or existing clients to satisfy any questions or concerns they have.

• Educate clients on any services and products that we offer.

• Assist clients in scheduling their journey with us.

• Work alongside a team to ensure all financial aspects of day to day business are met.

• Aid in communication between staff.

Secondary Objectives:

• Maintain a positive energy flow.

• Meet monthly with the Ageless Team to applaud goals met and recommend room for improvement.

• Aid in maintaining supplies and inventory.

• Being all in, all day, everyday.

Must haves:

• The ability to work in a fast-paced multitasking environment.

• 2 years prior experience working in a front office setting, with outstanding phone courtesy.

• Prior experience working with an EMR, as well as basic operating systems to include: Word, Excel, Google Drive, and email marketing

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to finish an assigned task.

• Reliable, trustworthy professional with a presentable appearance.

• Someone wishing to start their own business with in 2 years.

• Someone who needs a lot of guidance and micromanagement.

• Someone who does not have a passion to work in the field of aesthetics.
