The Director of First Impressions is responsible for creating a welcoming environment at the Market Center, supporting associates, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Who are we looking for?
The Director of First Impressions must understand to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its associates’ needs in such a way that they (the associates) are receiving the expected level of service and remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the Market Center.
The Director of First Impressions will be responsible for the appearance of the Market Center common areas. They will ensure the office is neat and prepared for business. The Director of First Impressions will need to have a relationship-based attitude as a result of the associate being the customer with an understanding that the agent associates will seek them because the associate likes the individual and is swayed by enthusiasm.
The Director of First Impressions will greet everyone with a smile and warmth as they enter the office. They will be as helpful as possible without neglecting the phones.
The Director of First Impressions will assist in the management of the office by providing support and feedback to the Leadership Team on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the Market Center.
What will you do?
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Answering the phone courteously
- Properly routing phone calls and returning missed calls/responding to voicemails
- Greeting everyone in a positive & professional manner
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area, conference rooms and other shared spaces throughout the MC.
- Update monthly training calendars, newsletters and email blasts
- Update simple graphics in Canva for Marketing Assistance
- Enter Escrow Checks Received on an intake spreadsheet
- Assist leadership team with small projects/tasks

- Sales Associates – daily
- Agent Service Coordinator – daily

Preferred Experience
- General Office Experience including Receptionist: 1 Year

Pay: $15.56 - $16.38 per hour
