Summary: The individual in this job will perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist Title Guaranty's Escrow Team. We are a results-oriented company, and you will be trained for further advancement within the organization for promotion based on your performance. Strong verbal and electronic communication skills, professionalism, and sincere customer service aptitude, consistent and accurate follow up, and ability to work under pressure will determine success for this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Primary duties and responsibilities are to perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and electronically onboard files into our Title and Escrow Production system, ResWare, and to provide support in the escrow process. Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and transfer inquiries to the correct departments. Must communicate, via various electronic medium or communication platforms, all requirements and other information to clients, partners, and internal team members. This is not an HR position.
Duties for Client Onboarding Coordinator include:
- Gain proficiency in our Title and Escrow production system, ResWare, and create files by gathering necessary documents from our clients, lending institution, and real estate partners.
- Input and update client information, property records, and other essential data into the company’s system.
- Prepares documents by corresponding with other internal departments, completing forms and statements, and gathering existing documents.
- General office duties; includes answering phones and assisting clients, copying, scanning and daily mail delivery. Will require managing the Reception Desk.
- Provide administrative support, including marketing tasks and projects, upon assignment by C-suite manager.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks highly desirable.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Regular facilitation of the delivery of documents and payment collections from offsite partners; may require use of own vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed.
- Regular and predictable attendance in the office
Qualifications/Experience:*

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management and co-workers.
- Any degree or coursework in Computer Science is highly preferable.
- High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
- Experience with email marketing tools is preferred.
Expected to develop proficiency with use of company software, spreadsheets, internet software, E-mail, order processing, windows, and scanning machines.
This position provides scalable vertical advancement opportunities, typically leading to advancement within the Escrow Department as an Escrow Support Specialist within a year or less.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.25 - $10.00 per hour
