Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support. This position requires strong office management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, including updating guest information in the system.
- Manage social media accounts and post daily.
- Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs or concerns.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or front desk roles is preferred.
- Strong office management skills with proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.

- Day shift
- No nights
